We are so proud of all the children in Year R for how well they did on their first school trip to Reculver. They were very excited to get on a double decker bus.

We met Anna, who took us down to the beach for our coast line rock pool adventure. We all learnt a lot about the creatures that you find in a rock pool and the children listened beautifully. We found crabs, sea spiders, worms, mermaids purses, sea snails, anemones and more!

We had great fun playing in the playground, and spent some calm down time drawing pictures of what we found in the rock pools, and what shapes we saw at the towers.

The children were fantastic, the weather was beautiful and the trip was a huge success. Thank you to all our parent helpers for coming with us. We came home with soggy shoes and tired children, but what an amazing day we all had.
